Author Comments: Polycrystalline sample. the powder was heated at 500C for 4 h to remove contamination. the spectrum contains B-K and N-K edges. this spectrum is the sum of 100 spectra available separately, which can be interesting for testing quantification techniques or deconvolution techniques.
