SrTiO3-(111), Heavy Beam Damage Formula: SrTiO3 Core Loss

Submitted by magnunor, August 27, 2016.

Author Comments: SrTiO3-(111) substrate. This is a part of an electron beam exposure experiment, this spectrum being from the end of the exposure experiment. There are signs of beam damage, mostly in peak D.
