SrTiO3-(111), Light Beam Damage Formula: SrTiO3 Core Loss

Submitted by magnunor, August 27, 2016.

Author Comments: SrTiO3-(111) substrate. This is a part of an electron beam exposure experiment, this spectrum being from the middle of the exposure experiment. There are clear signs of beam damage, with the t2g peaks increasing relative to to the eg peaks.
